2. Apply for Passport and mail it off
3. Do culture study if you haven't already
4. Finish support letter and email it to Tori or Matt then start to mail them out

Trip Information

Location:
Eldoret, Kenya

When
June 11-21

Who can Participate?
Any students connected to this ministry, involved in a small group and committed to attending the training meetings and raising support for this trip.

What will be do?
Students will spend time working in an orphanage, running vacation Bible school, games, drama, music, teaching, laughing, playing, smiling, caring, and sharing Christ's love. We will also visit national churches and participate int he worship services. Toward the end of the trip we will spend a day at a game reserve experiencing a safari and wonderful team meal.

Where do we stay?
Housing will be at Andrea's parents home. There will be access to a shower and normal toilets. We will be eating breakfast and most dinners at this facility.

What is the cost?
Individuals: $550 plus airfare (currently pricing at $1,400). Price includes visa, lodging, food, boiled water, safari day and ministry supplies.

Are there health issues?
We will have plenty of purified water to drink, healthy food cooked, and medical personnel available.

Some immunizations are required. It is strongly recommended to see your doctor three months prior to travel.

Is there Security?
The housing property is located two miles outside of the town and is in a serene and secure area. The housing compound is surrounded by an electric fence. During the day's activities you will be working with a national pastor and church in their community.

What's next?
1. Pray. Talk to your parents and family. Ask God to show you if He wants you on this trip.
2. Fill out the application and tun in the $150 deposit. Make sure you have your parents sign the bottom of the application where there is a note to parents.
3. Get your passport. Download an application off the Internet and follow the directions for getting one. It takes 6-8 weeks to secure a passport, so do it as soon as possible.
4. Attend all training meetings. The first meeting will be November 8th.
